Hi people!
Since you liked the previous post with my manicures, I decided to write a post about my nail care routine. Well...actually, Jazzy gave me an idea to write it - an here it is.

When it comes to skin on my hands, I must say I'm quite lucky. It's normal and not too demanding. It requires a bit more care during winter, but in general it requires quite little. Lately I've been using either one of these in the pictures. I don't use them very often, only when I feel I need it, so it is maybe 1-2 times a week.
Avon Care Royal Jelly is quite rich, thick, a bit sticky cream but it provides such a good care. I usually use it before I go to bed, because I don't like sticky hands while I do other things. Because it is really rich, I would recommend it to people with dry hands - my friends with dry skin approved it
Eveline Bio goat's milk + vitamin E & karite butter is less thick and less sticky than Avon hand cream, but it also provides great care. Goat milk and karite butter are well known for their moisturising & smoothening effects. I usually carry this cream in my bag, since it's absorbes rather quickly.

Next in line is cuticle care. Just like with skin on hands, I really don't have problems with my cuticles, or they appear very rarely. Nevertheless, I like to provide them with some rich care every now and then.
Essence Studio Nails repairing nail oil is an ok product in its originale state. However, I have used up this one a long time ago, and instead there is my own DIY mix inside of this little bottle. I mixed coconut, castor, jojoba & olive oil, and I think pure natural oils do better job than original Essence oil. If you don't have all these oils, you can use either one of them by itself. I usually use this mix when I remove nail polish and before I put another one.

And lastly - nail care. Unlike my skin, my nails were horrible! They were very thin, brittle, and were breaking before they reached a decent length. I tried oils, nail baths - all kinds of things until I've read about a product that literally changed my life - I'm not kidding!!! Brace yourself, because this is my holy grail -
Eveline 8 in 1 total action nail conditioner. It is used as a nail therapy - you apply one layer every day for 3 days, then you remove it and re-do the procedure. I could see the results after only two weeks. I did the therapy session 2-3 times and now I use it only as a base coat. My nails are my pride now. Even though I shortened them recently, they are quite strong, quick growing and pretty looking. They only break if I smash them to the wall. However, this nail therapy can be aggressive to cuticles - so be sure to moisturize them. I am in love in this product and I brag about it whenever I can.

*tip - use rubber gloves for washing dishes (in case you don't have dishwasher) or cleaning bathroom. It might be weird in the beginning but your hands and nails will be thankful.
And that would be my nail care routine. If you haven't seen my nails, be sure to check out my previous post and there you can see my nails in different editions

I hope you enjoyed this post and found it useful, and stay tuned.
